Our Mission Statement
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organization in the world, with more than 3 million members and supporters.
|
We expect our sets to be safe. But often times people’s focus on safety can get lost in the collective rush to “get the shot” or “make the day". No one plans this. It just happens.
When safety by the nature of moving fast and keeping up becomes secondary, it is left to all of us to look out not only for ourselves but for each other as well.

OSHA's Mission
With the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Congress created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)* to assure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.
