Paint Techniques on 3D Printed Props
This hands-on training can be a follow up class to the 3D Modeling & Printing class. It will teach participants to prepare, paint, and scenic props for film and television. Participants will explore the tools and techniques of the paint dept. to accomplish the task of painting and aging an in-house built prop. Any participants who took the 3D Printing class can use the items printed in that class to paint and finish. Attendees who did not take the previous class, items will be pre-printed for use in class.
This workshop blends artistic exploration with practical technique, equipping participants with a highly adaptable scenic skill used in both stage and screen environments.
