Young Workers

The Young Workers Committee is focused on engaging and empowering the younger members of our workforce. We organize initiatives that address the unique concerns and aspirations of our union’s emerging talent, ensuring they have a voice and opportunities for growth. Through mentorship, advocacy, and collaboration, we aim to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders while fostering a strong sense of community and inclusion within the union.
